This channel receives reports of misconduct (fraud, money laundering, corruption, conflicts of interest, irregular conduct, among others) involving Clave Consultoria.

Reports may be submitted anonymously or identified, ensuring confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity, as well as independence and impartiality in the handling process. To enable a faster and more effective investigation, whenever possible, please include:

• a detailed description of the incident;
• where, when, and how it occurred or is occurring;
• who is involved (employees, service providers, suppliers, or companies);
• supporting evidence such as documents, images, audio, or videos (these may be sent via email along with the report details).

If you do not have all the information, you may still submit your report.

Whistleblower Protection

Reports are handled confidentially, and the identity of the whistleblower is protected, as well as all information related to the investigation of potential misconduct. Anyone who reports in good faith any concern, suspicion, or violation of company guidelines will not be subject to retaliation.
